Sinfokart is a company registered in India at Market Complex A-3, Main Road Kolebira, Simdega, Jharkhand 835211.We operate the website whttp://www.sinfokart.com, the mobile application named Sinfokart ,we provide Cloths, electronics and Grocerry item. RETURN/REFUND POLICY

1. If the return date of the purchased product has expired, then that product will not be returned/Replacement.
2. Refund will be given to the customer only after checking the returned Product quality. If the quality is found to be poor or something is wrong or the product has been changed, refund will not be given in this case.
3. Items purchased by visiting the direct shop will not be returned/Replacement.
4. Any product which will have return or replacement will be available only for 48 hours after received of the product.
5. If a customer orders any kind of product, he will have to pay a cash on delivery advance charge of Rs. 100 which will be deducted from the total amount (Managable). If the customer does not take the product, the delivery charge will not be refunded.
6. When Customer receive a Sinfokart product, make sure to make a video while unboxing it because without it, return / replacement or refund will not be given.
7. If any shopkeeper or customer is caught doing any fraudulent activity, legal action will be taken against him and his account will be closed forever.
8. Terms and conditions If a vendor adds a product and it is ordered by the customer but the vendor does not have the product, in that case the vendor's ID will be blocked and the vendor himself will be responsible for it.
   These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity and Sinfokart, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Services from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms at any time and for any reason.
